Teenage life

The life of teenagers as we see in tv shows, movies and novel is relatively different from their real life situation. Because in real life there are no teenage vampires or werewolves who struggle to hide their supernatural abilities among normal humans. In real life they have actual real problems to face.  Jokes apart , this is the actual visualisation of teenage life in these so-called Young adult fiction. Teenage is the most crucial stage of one's life. A person goes through a lot of changes that are not only physical but emotional also. There is hormonal growth during this stage. Several types of hormones start developing in the body. Most of the teenagers find it hard to cope up with. Problems faced during teenage :-   ◆ Depression Most of the teenagers go under depression because of the hormonal imbalance. They are unable to channel their emotions and how to talk about what's happening to them. They often isolate themselves from the society so as to figure out things on their own. It's actually good to figure out things on your own but when a person is suffering from depression they should talk to someone they trust.
